How PCB Distributors Can Track Delivery Performance Without a Full BI Stack

Ask most PCB distributors, VARs, or resellers how their on-time delivery rate is trending and you’ll get a shrug, a guess, or a promise to “pull some numbers together” – usually days later, usually from someone who has to stop what they’re doing to write a query first. • Cost fairness – whether pricing is holding up as fair to your customer, your Fabricator, and your own margin, not just cheapest-this-week.
