Workflow and Information Flow
In several Customer Success Stories, providing strong Work Flow and Information Flow was a vital part of Ewarenow’s software solution.
This diagram shows a very common B2B (Business-to-Business) case. In the middle, between Supplier and Customer, is a third party, usually referred to as a Distributor or Reseller.
The four blocks at the top are almost completely Information Flow. The bigger block below represents the direct Supplier Workflow to deliver the Result(s) to the Customer. The Reseller is involved in both.
The diagram is also a simplified view of the Supply Chain between Supplier and Customer.
The plan at the outset may have been complete and correct down to the finest technical specification. Things change. A strong Supply Chain minimizes disruptions and pain.
